Background:
Zsa-Nise Raquel Boutte-Francis has been in the workforce since the tender age of 15. As a Sophomore at Lamar High School in 2004, Zsa-Nise obtained her first job as a part time Videographer for Picture This NOW! Video services based out of Grapevine, TX. From 2004 up until her sophomore year in college, Zsa-Nise enjoyed spending her Saturdays videotaping PeeWee football & baseball. Zsa-Nise not only worked for Picture This NOW! in high school, but she was also a Videographer for her father who was the city manager for the student mentoring, web-based media company Penny Entertainment in Arlington, TX. After mastering the craft of photography & video, Zsa-Nise decided to step into the hospitality industry during her freshman year of college. During Zsa-Nise's Freshman year at Midwestern State University she was a videographer for Time Warner Cable, capturing High School Football Games.
Zsa-Nise has worked for a handful of hotels since 2008, including Homewood Suites by Hilton, the Hyatt Regency Dallas, and Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention center (Marriot). During her hospitality career, Zsa-Nise has won numerous recognition's, aced and mastered obtaining top rank in customer service, as well as obtaining a management promotion within a four month time period.
In 2011 Zsa-Nise created her own Freelance Photography business, Inspirational Essence Photography, and has been apart of many projects to date. As Zsa-Nise builds her portfolio, she hopes to use her skills to capture the best moments possible. Zsa-Nise continues to work to develop her craft and hopes to continue to grow in the industry.
